Accompanied by an avian obsever-a symbol of high-altitude perspective- this figure represents the "Electric Potential" within the Guild.  While the Technician focuses on precision and the Hearthling on warmth, the Storm-Bringer provides sheer power required for true transformation.  The laurel wreath he wears is a makr of his rank within the ancient collective, a reminder that even the most playful forms can hold the keys to the atmosphere.
